A Dream
By Amita Sanghavi
Listen to Podcast

A dream is a moment,

A whisper,

A way.

A dream dreamt,

If held and felt,

In the heart

Centred, balanced,

Becomes a light,

A beacon,

A beautiful belief.

A dream becomes,

A desire,

A pursuit.

So, embrace your dream,

It's a gleam,

Amidst all strife,

Enhancing life

Like a radiant beam.

A Choked Heart
By Amita Sanghavi
Listen to Podcast

A choked heart,

Holds tales untold,

Words pile up high

On the tongue,

Heavy with silence,

As wishes whisper out in sighs.

Between the silence and the sighs

Stifled, a poem, half-born, lies.
